A proposal for an artwork which plays New York Lottery's Pick 3 twice a day, everyday, until it successfully predicts the outcome and collects its winnings.  The artwork would play 3 numbers for each contest, picked by a computer program that takes into account several factors that might impact the outcome of that day's two drawings: previous winning numbers for that day, the numbers of the preceeding two weeks, the last three digits of several of the world's leading stock exchanges, and the viewer's own, personal lucky numbers.  The artwork will keep playing until it wins.
